How does the order proceed?
You will automatically receive an email. In this email you will find a link to the transaction, please click on it. You will then be led to a SSL-protected transaction website. If this does not appear in English, please select the British flag on the top right corner for the English language. You will then be guided through the purchase transaction in 4 steps and provided with the information on payment transaction in the end. If you selected bank transfer, you will receive the account details (IBAN and BIC), in the case of credit card payment or Paypal you will be forwarded to the respective websites.
Please pay in advance by SEPA bank transfer, credit card or Paypal. If you wish to transfer, please do not forget to let your bank know that you will take over the bank service charges.
How will I know that my order was accepted?
You will receive an order confirmation by email immediately after the order. When the goods are shipped, you will receive an email shipping confirmation which is considered as our order acceptance at the same time.
Is the transfer of my personal data safe?
All data you make available to us within the course of the order is transferred in an encoded state. This especially applies for payment information. We use the coding system SSL (Secure Socket Layer). Your data therefore cannot be assessed by third parties.
When will you send the goods?
As soon as we received the payment on our account, the goods will be sent. Please plan 2-3 days for the EU bank transfer during which the money is forwarded. As soon as we receive the money on our account, we will confirm the receipt by email. In the case of payment by credit card or Paypal, the payment is immediately booked and the goods will be sent directly. Please schedule another 5-7 days for shipping (only urban area).
